This book is a work of non-fiction, but names, characters, places, and incidents that have taken place may have been changed and maybe a product of the authors imagination.
Any misspelled or slang words used were done with a purpose to recreate the events that took place.

I just thought everyone should be aware of that :)

Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic new year.

This is a little Christmas message for all my friends and the people out there who have shown their support this year at a time when I have really needed it!  It's amazing how many people think they know you, but really do they know you? Do they know when your hurting or when you feel let down and when your feeling alone? We all go through life feeling that pain from time to time and some of us hide it well. We are the kind of people that are to proud to ask for help, we are strong on the outside and a world of worry on the inside, we wont speak out as we feel we won't be heard, we face the world with a smile, holding back the pain, it make's us strong people but also foolish ones for not reaching out ... You're not alone! We all have our own problems and each one is different or similar or in some case's the same!  I have learnt with the right friends and support around you then you're not alone!
